What We Do
As temperatures climb into triple digits in the Phoenix Valley area each year, the daily heat dangers increase exponentially. Through an annual fundraiser, Bottles for Bill provides water to support local heat relief efforts.
Who We Help
Last year, a record 645 heat related deaths occurred in Maricopa County alone. The water we raise is distributed to those in need through local food banks, senior community centers, first responders & more.
Why We Do It
Our non profit started in memory of Bill Grimmer who suddenly passed away from heat exhaustion in 2013. With support from his family & friends, we work to prevent heat related injuries by raising danger awareness and providing water to those in need.
